How I have become addicted to Windsurfing

The extreme sports have always taken my full attention. I went and realized my first dream; doing a BIG JUMP in the emptiness: a parachute has been very helpful! But I found in the “gliding” sports the freeness and the passion that I was looking for. The liberty to express myself on the water and to live great adventures in best conditions. Travelling to a new country, searching for the next beach, finding the next beautiful coast, etc. These desires brought me to windsurfing in the great North of Germany. Not much long after I started windsurfing, I left Germany to live in Venezuela (Margarita). I was teaching in El Yaque (with my VDWS Licence) for VELA Windsurfing Resorts during 5 years.

I live in France now

While I was working in the Caribbean, I met Bastien « the Frenchy » and he took me to discover the French coasts. Ever since, I love the Camembert and my enthusiasm grows when the weather forecast announces a big depression coming to France. When wind and waves get together to hit the Brittany or the Normandy, I know that windsurfing will always be a big part in my live!

I started the World Cup in 2005

It has always been my dream to compete in the Worldcup. My sponsors JP-Australia, Neil Pryde and Roxy encouraged and helped me a lot to make this dream become true and to be a professional windsurfer!
